MY LOVE AFFAIR WITH LOEWE
I purchased my Loewe Puzzle Bag four months ago on a whim. And by “a whim” I mean I had been watching this bag on The Real Real for at least two weeks. At the time, it was the least expensive Small Puzzle listed for sale. After two weeks of lingering availability right before me, it felt almost irresponsible not to pull the trigger. I did so with the encouragement of a few of my friends who are luxury/designer aficionados that vouched for how solid of a deal I would be achieving. Between the stellar price, the availability itself, and their encouragement, I entered my credit card information with no hesitation.
Adding this bag to my collection felt like a graduation of sorts; A graduation to some new level of this ever-evolving journey of personal style. To own such an iconic, timeless bag is exciting. Opening my closet door and seeing this bag in the center of my collection has not gotten old (and I suspect it never will).
Ahead of Spring 2023, I was in search of a small orange bag to add to my collection. Feeling inspired by one of my favorite influencers, Karen Blanchard, I thought this small pop of color was exactly what I needed to bring new energy into my wardrobe. She also owns an orange Loewe Puzzle, hers in the mini size, which is what first caught my attention. Understanding the price point of Loewe, I thought the Telfar Small Shopping Bag in Orange was my best path forward (which, by the way, is an excellent path forward - I own three Telfar Shopping Bags and they are all spectacular). That said, when I discovered this bag’s listing on The Real Real, I realized my Loewe dreams could come true sooner than I originally anticipated. And, here we are.

I find this orange to be such a beautiful, bright, fun color that almost feels like a neutral in the sense that it looks spectacular with almost everything.
